Hi - My name is Don Anderson, and I have been involved in the building business for most of my life. After high school, I joined my Dad working for a drywall company taping drywall for approximately 10 years. Then I took a job running heavy equipment and digging basements for a very successful home builder before going back to school to get my real estate license 18 years ago.

I have seen a lot of changes in the building process. I am happy to say that Applewood Homes is up to date with all of the new codes and building materials, to give you the best new home possible. We pride ourselves on the quality we put into the new homes we build. Our goal is to give you the best quality home at an affordable price--and we do just that!

I focus on the building and selling, and my wife Laurie takes care of all of the paper work, closings, etc. Together we can make building your new home easy, less stressful, and even fun! We work with several local lenders who can help get the mortgage that fits your wants and needs. Of course, you can use a lender of your choice, as well. Prior to closing, we always set up a walk-through to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your new home. We also have title companies that we work with--or again, we will use the title company that you wish.
